At HorseFly Net®, we take pride in manufacturing heavy-duty, high-quality mesh barn curtains and stall screens designed to protect your horses from flies, heat, and UV rays. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1) Standard Size Returns (30-Day Window)

We accept returns and exchanges on all **Standard-Sized Nets** within 30 days of delivery.

**Condition:** Items must be completely unused, free of horse hair, dirt, or barn debris, with original tag attached. *

**Shipping:** The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2) Custom Size Orders (All Sales Final)

**Because custom-sized nets are manufactured to your stable's exact unique dimensions, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any Custom-Sized Orders.** 

**Please measure your barn doorways, run-in headers, or stall openings carefully before finalizing your order. 

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If we made an error in manufacturing your custom net (such as incorrect dimensions or defective materials), or if your order was damaged during transit, please contact us at support@horseflynet.com within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return (Standard Sizes Only)

To start a return, please email us at support@horseflynet.com with your Order Number and photos confirming the unused condition of the net. Do not ship items back to our manufacturing facility without a confirmed Return Authorization.
